About me

I am an artist who creates 2D and 3D work, and have been creating needle-felted sculptures for only a few years. I am constantly inspired by the challenge of capturing the essence of my subjects in wool. Each sculpture is a labor of love, requiring hours of meticulous work to sculpt and shape the materials into lifelike forms.

Living in Vermont, being surrounded by so much natural beauty, has had an enormous influence on my subject matter and choice of medium. My work reflects my environment, including my wildlife sculptures with a specific focus on the parent/child connection, which represents to me the now and the future. It expresses my hope and appreciation for maintaining open spaces and natural, wild environments.

My work has been exhibited in Studio Place Arts, the Chandler Gallery and The Artisan’s Hand.

I appreciate those who admire and take home or gift my wool felted creatures. Each sculpture is infused with care and attention, and knowing that they find a place in peoples’ homes brings me great joy. It’s a wonderful feeling to imagine these creations becoming a part of someone else’s life.

Commission a made-to-order needle felted sculpture of your pet

Needle felting is the art of sculpting wool or other fiber with a barbed needle and can be very time consuming, but very rewarding. My needle felted animals are made completely by hand and are one of a kind. Your sculpture will be as true to life as possible.
